Armstrong Siddeley in Advertising


The new Star Sapphire was earning a good reputation and in it's class, though not the cheapest, it was considered a gentleman's carriage which also had the benefit of being a delight to drive.





The new four litre engine allied to fully automatic transmission, power steering. disc brakes and a sumptuous interior made this a very desirable vehicle. Today we are accustomed to all, of what were then break through developments, as standard, on the most basic of cars. This makes it difficult for us to appreciate just how special back in the day cars in this category were.







Once again suppliers share advertising, proudly showing their contribution to this new model.
