The trustees are pleased that we have again been able to issue one of our periodic Armstrong Siddeley Heritage Trust magazines to our members.

Amongst the contents:

The story of Redex oil additive products and the epic story of the 1953 and 1954 Australian Redex Reliability Trials.

A fascinating recounting of the continental travels of Ernest Siddeley with Armstrong Siddeley cars in the 1920s.

The varied happenings at Bittesfield aerodrome in the 1950s as seen through the eyes of an Air Traffic Controller.

Pictorial record last year’s Isle of Wight visit by Armstrong Siddeley members.

The ‘Making of a Modern car’ covers the extensive examinations the Armstrong Siddeley cars were subject to before allowed to leave the factory.
